Old Guildfordians Association

Our alumni society

Our warm and inclusive community is who we are. We are committed to building strong and meaningful relationships between students, staff and families, now and into the future. At Guildford Grammar School, it’s more than just a feeling, it’s belonging for a lifetime. Upon graduating the School, all students are invited to join the Old Guildfordians Association.

The Old Guildfordians Association was founded over 100 years ago in 1905 with Charles Harper (Boarder 1896-1898) as President. The Association now has a diverse and wide-reaching membership of over 6000 past students and staff, living all around the world.

The OGA enables past students to maintain their connection with the School community and to easily keep in contact with one another, as well as taking an active interest in the welfare of the School. The busy and varied calendar of events offers members many opportunities for social events, functions, dinners and reunions, held regularly throughout the State and overseas when possible.

Over the years, the generosity of our Old Guildfordians has been instrumental in financing numerous building and development projects within the School.

The Association also provides and facilitates opportunities and events for members to enhance their careers, industry knowledge and professional development through connection and support.

Accomplished Old Guildfordians

In 2021, we celebrated our 125th year and to celebrate the strength and diversity of our alumni network, we have produced our 125 Accomplished Old Guildfordians. Read our book to learn more about the skills, achievements and careers of our past students on their pathways to personal excellence.
