Our Coaches

We are proud to have a Team of passionate and knowledgeable coaches guiding each of our water polo squads. Each coach brings a unique energy and focuses to developing skills, fostering teamwork, and building a strong culture across the program.

FlippaBall Team (Years 3-5)
Alex McAuliffe and Oscar Dowe will lead our youngest players through fun, structured sessions focused on fundamental skills, small games, and engaging challenges.

Prep Team (Years 5-6)
Oscar Dowe, Alex McAuliffe, and Lucas Hall form the Prep coaching Team, creating a positive and energetic environment that supports skill development and game understanding.

Middle School Girls Team (Years 7-8)
Harrison Webster returns to coach the Girls’ Team, bringing outstanding energy, leadership, and a strong connection to the GGS water polo community.

Middle School Boys Team (Years 7-9)
Oscar Dowe and Lucas Hall will lead the Boys’ Team this season. Both coaches are enthusiastic and committed to delivering dynamic sessions that support technical growth and team development.

Senior 1st Girls Team (Years 9-12)
Emma Pittman will coach the Senior Girls Team. Emma has demonstrated exceptional commitment and passion for the sport. Her technical knowledge, strong leadership, and dedication will make her a valuable mentor and guide for the players.

Senior 1st Boys Team (Years 10-12)
Chelsey Barrett will lead the Team this season, with support from Emma Pittman and Oscar Dowe. This experienced coaching trio brings a blend of tactical expertise, energy, and support to help players excel individually and as a Team.
