Welcome to the 2025/26 Water Polo Season
Welcome to another exciting season of Water Polo at Guildford Grammar School. Our program spans from the final weeks of Term 3 through the summer and into Term 1, giving our students the opportunity to develop skills, compete, and grow in a Team-focused, spirited environment.
The GGS Water Polo Program caters to students across Years 3 to 12, offering development pathways, competitive opportunities, and strong Team culture. Our season aligns with the school’s Go Forward 2030 plan, fostering student wellbeing, leadership, and community engagement.
Team Overview and Training Times
The Senior Teams represent the pinnacle of the GGS Water Polo pathway. Training is performance-driven, with a focus on Team strategy, advanced tactics, high-intensity gameplay, and athlete accountability. Players are expected to demonstrate maturity, consistency, and leadership within the pool and across the broader school community. Students are also encouraged to serve as mentors and role models for younger squads.
