Out of School Hours Care
Flexibility for Modern Families
At Guildford Grammar School, we understand the need for flexibility in balancing work and family life. Our comprehensive, onsite Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program offers Guildford Grammar families exclusive access to before and after school care, school holiday programs and support on special days throughout the year. Led by our passionate and experienced team, OSHC provides a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where each child feels supported and valued.
Before and After School Care
Each morning, students are welcomed with healthy breakfasts, engaging games and calm time for those who need a gentle start. Breakfast with friends in the OSHC House is a much-loved ritual, featuring a selection of fruit, yoghurt, toast and cereal to fuel the day.
After school, our OSHC team ensures that children are brought safely to the centre, with collection services available for those attending after-school clubs, sports, or swimming. Afternoons are a time for stories, games and weekly programs designed to keep children engaged and excited, along with a nutritious afternoon tea to share with friends. Special occasions are celebrated with treats to mark birthdays and milestones.
Vacation Care and Student-Free Days
Our vacation care and student-free day programs are packed with exciting activities planned by our dedicated educators. From trips to Caversham Wildlife Park to hands-on workshops with Educated by Nature and fun visits from The GymBus, each day brings something new and memorable. Programs are released in advance to help you secure a place and plan ahead.
Our Spaces
The OSHC centre is thoughtfully designed to cater to all ages, with dedicated spaces that provide the right balance of play, learning and relaxation. The Ngaangk Room is tailored for Little Explorers and Kindergarten, the Djinda Room welcomes Pre-Primary to Year 1 students and the Mika room offers engaging activities for students in Years 2–6. Siblings and friends can visit each other or join together in our outdoor play spaces for shared activities.
Our program also includes a sports and movement focus, with activities designed to encourage skill development and active play, ensuring children have the chance to develop new skills and enjoy physical activity in a fun, supportive setting.

• Before School Care: 7.00am – 8.30am
• After School Care: 3.00pm – 6.00pm
• Student-Free Days: 7.00am – 6.00pm
• Early Closures: 12.00pm – 6.00pm
• Vacation Care: 7.00am – 6.00pm
