To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our students, parents/guardians are required to notify the School of any absences prior to the start of the school day. Notifications for both planned and unplanned absences can be easily submitted via the Guildford Grammar School App for both the Preparatory and Senior Schools.

For late arrivals or early departures, students must sign in or out using the designated kiosks located throughout the School. If a student is being collected early, they must be picked up from the Preparatory Administration, Senior Administration, or Boarding Reception.

Planned absences can also be recorded in advance through the App, and medical certificates can be uploaded as needed to streamline the process.
