Guided by our values and our community spirit, we’re reimagining our campus to provide spaces that ignite curiosity, celebrate creativity and foster resilience. Every element of this plan is designed to enrich the Guildford Grammar experience—creating a place where students not only learn but thrive, discovering their purpose and joy in an ever-evolving world.
First Priority Announced
The next major project to move forward is the Sports and Aquatic Centre. This facility will create new opportunities for students across all year levels, supporting health, wellbeing and high-performance sport.

Innovation
Our Master Plan reimagines Guildford Grammar’s campus as a place where students can thrive in every dimension of their school life. New, flexible learning spaces will offer dynamic environments for collaborative and independent study, while purpose-built sporting and arts facilities will inspire both physical and creative growth. In addition, we are enhancing wellbeing and pastoral care hubs that support students’ mental, emotional, and social development, ensuring every individual feels valued and supported. These modern facilities reflect our commitment to a balanced, forward-thinking education, equipping students with the skills, resilience and confidence to flourish in a rapidly changing world.
Culture and Nature
Situated on a beautiful 78-hectare landscape along the Derbarl Yerrigan (Swan River), our commitment to nature celebrates both the land’s natural beauty and its cultural significance. Acknowledging and respecting the Aboriginal heritage of this place, we are expanding green spaces and outdoor learning areas that develop a connection to Country. Through these spaces, students will deepen their understanding of the environment, embrace a sense of stewardship, and carry forward values of respect and care for the land, enriching their Guildford experience and creating wellbeing for life.
