Guildford Grammar School welcomes students from Early Learning (Pre-Kindergarten) to Year 12 into our dynamic and supportive community. Our dedicated and experienced Admissions team is here to guide you through every step of the enrolment process, ensuring a smooth and confident transition into your Guildford Grammar journey.

We encourage all families to experience our campus, meet our staff and gain a sense of our school environment. Take a virtual tour from the comfort of your home then book an in-person visit to explore our facilities and speak with our team directly.
Complete and submit the Application for Enrolment, including all required supporting documents and the non-refundable application fee. We recommend applying as early as possible as applications are processed three years prior to intake. Placements cannot be guaranteed for applications received within three years of entry. (Little Explorers and Kindergarten process begins closer to enrolment date).
Once your application has been reviewed, you will be invited to an interview with our Admissions team. This is an opportunity to discuss your child’s individual needs, aspirations and how Guildford Grammar School can support their journey.
Following the interview, successful applicants will receive a formal offer of placement. To secure your child’s spot, we ask that you accept the offer and pay the enrolment fee within the specified timeframe.
To ensure a smooth transition, we provide orientation programs for day and boarding students. These initiatives are designed to help students settle into their new environment with confidence and ease.

3. Send your application to our Admissions team with all required documentation and the application fee.

4. Your application is reviewed and progressed based on enrolment criteria and availability.
5. You are invited to interview with our Admissions team two years prior to enrolment to discuss your application and child’s needs. Placements cannot be guaranteed for applications received within two years of entry.
6. Following your interview, the Admissions team will be in touch to discuss the offer of enrolment.
