LEAD Program: Growing Leaders, Shaping Futures
Our LEAD Program (Lead, Engage, Accelerate, Develop) offers unique professional development opportunities that empower our staff to grow as leaders within our school community. Through initiatives like the Strategic Project Lead, Pedagogical Coach and Emerging Leader programs, staff (teaching and non-teaching) can contribute to impactful projects in areas such aligned with our Strategic Plan of Learning, Wellbeing, Community and Sustainability. The LEAD Program supports personal growth and professional excellence, providing access to coaching, project leadership and specialised training, equipping our staff with the skills to excel and inspire.
