Individual career counselling and advice is offered to all students and parents in the Senior School. Appointments can be made before and after school and during break times. Year 12 students can also make appointments during their private study periods. Students and parents can make an appointment with Ms Noort on (08) 9377 8562 or 0408 939 822

Year 10 Career Education

Career coaching sessions and learning the importance of networking are available to students during one-on-one sessions. They learn about the year 11 subject selection process; explore career and tertiary education for the future; become aware of work readiness skills; understand the value of completing a resumé and cover letter; develop an understanding of the world of employment and what soft skills employers are looking for and how to develop them.

Years 11 and 12 Career Advice

Years 11 and 12 students are encouraged to meet with Ms Noort throughout the year for their pathway and career planning. Students who have a career direction in mind are often more motivated and focused and can be guided in setting goals and decision-making for the future. For students who are unsure of their potential pathways one on one careers coaching session can be scheduled at regular interval throughout the year.
