Careers OfficerThe Careers Office is available to provide education on career choices and development of appropriate pathways and to give specific advice on career pathways to individuals. In addition he organises work experience and is responsible for the supervision and management of the Worklink Program.

Class Teachers
Class teachers are always available to assist with academic issues and to talk to as a caring adult about issues of concern.
Counsellor

Deputy Headmaster (Curriculum)
The Deputy Headmaster (Curriculum) is available to offer specific information about subject choices, programs of study, timetable issues, study skills, Curriculum Council matters and Tertiary Institution Services Centre matters. Housemasters
Boys are assigned to one of eight Houses. Each House has a Housemaster who gets to know each of the boys in his/her House through formal interview and incidental contact. The Housemaster works with each boy in their care to establish specific goals aimed at enhancing their achievements in a broad range of pursuits.
House Prefects
Each House has selected and elected student representatives, who assist the Housemaster in the running of the House. These boys are able to support and nurture all other boys within their House and can be sought out by House members to provide information, provide support and advice or as a conduit for ideas and suggestions to the Housemaster.
Medical Centre
The School has a fully equipped medical centre, with a 12 bed ward. It is staffed by qualified nursing staff, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day during the academic term. The staff of the medical centre is available for the boys to deal with medical issues and to discuss personal problems in a confidential manner. Mentors
Within each House, there is an assigned staff member responsible for each of the year groups within the House. This Mentor, meets with his mentor group up to 3 times per week for extended periods and gets to know the individual boys in his care very well. They are required to closely monitor the overall academic progress of the boys in their care. They check diaries and work files and engage the boys in discussion of issues related to School or the broader community. They are available for individual counselling of boys if needed. They will make contact with parents/guardians.
Peer Support Leaders
A number of the Year 11 boys in each House are trained as Peer Support Leaders. They work once a week in the first semester on a specific program of activities with Year 8 boys to assist them with their induction into the Senior School and on developing their self esteem and relationship base within the year group and across the House.
School Prefects
Student elected representatives of the student body. One of their key roles is to be a voice for the student body and as such any concerns or ideas a student may have can be directed through any of the Prefects they may know or associate with to the School Administration. They have a responsibility to look out for and support their fellow students.
Individual Needs Teacher
In addition to the classroom teachers and the specialist help they can offer, the School employs a special needs teacher to assist with individual needs of students in terms of literacy and essay writing in particular. Help is offered in a remedial and extension sense and in addition to those students referred to the special needs teacher, all students are welcome to use this service on a needs basis.
