Medical Centre

The health of our students in both the Preparatory and Senior Schools is supervised by fully trained Sisters and Enrolled Nurses within a well-equipped Medical Centre.

The Medical Centre is manned 12 hours a day, and offers the services of a trained physiotherapist twice a week for all students, as well as the School Doctor who attends to the needs of students once per week, or as required for our Boarding students. The Medical Centre also offers the services of Foothills Denture clinic in term 1 to ensure all boys have access to specially fitted mouthguards.

 

The nursing staff also conduct Senior First Aid course for all boys in Year 10, and provide full first aid cover for all sporting events.

All Nursing Staff have Sports Medicine training as well as the qualifications shown below. Sports injuries are treated initially in the Medical Centre and referred as required.
